I am not one to go on rants about magazines or
advertisements all too often. Usually, I try to take the “high road” from all
the dramatic nuances. BUT, I was flipping through the pages of the December Allure and came across an advertisement
for Philosophy perfume that was named, Grace. This ad was the deepest ad
I have ever seen in my entire life. See for yourself below…

But it really got me to thinking and kind of stuck with me.
Obviously, they are trying to create a persona that people can become by using
this perfume. But it could go either way. That person could be thinking, “so
what, am I less of a person if I do not wear this perfume…?” I am sure that is
not what Philosophy was trying to do, but they definitely achieved their goal
of making a statement.
Great line for the perfume, there are so many different ones out there, it makes a different what you say about it.
